Matthew’s Friends are delighted to announce our 5th Rainbow Ball will be held on Saturday 22nd May 2010,
at The Millennium Centre, Copthorne Hotel and Resort Effingham Park,
West Park Road, Copthorne, West Sussex. RH10 3EU.
This year we are raising funds for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity to help fund much-needed ketogenic diet research by Professor Cross AND for Matthew’s Friends. We are happy to say that the fabulous Mercury Radio Presenter, Chris Oxlade will again be entertaining us! Avensys, “home of sound and vision”, of Copthorne nr Crawley, again generously support us with their expertise and an auction of various exciting lots, compered by our lovely host and Patron, Mr. Tony Tobin and a raffle will be taking place. As always, we are extremely grateful to our Supporters who donate wonderful raffle prizes and auction items, PLEASE PLEASE contact us if you can help!!
Tables of 10 and 12 are available, although of course smaller and larger parties will be accommodated.
Our menu for the evening is as follows:
Tomato and Basil Soup
Braised Lamb Shank with minted mashed potato & red onion Jus
Vegetarian Option – Dauphinoise of Root Vegetables
Strawberry Shortcake Dessert
Tickets are £70 per person, which also includes red and white wine on each table.
