Once you have joined the forum, you can access "live chat" which, for our South African members, will be held on a Monday evening between 8pm to 10pm local time.
You are also more than welcome to join the rest of us "chatters" on a Wednesday evening from 9pm UK time.

There is presently no reimbursement in place for Ketocal - but Lynette can help with the applications to private health administrators (has been quite successful on an individual basis)
