We are delighted to announce the launch of the new Matthew’s Friends KETOGENIC JAM. It's only contents are blueberries and some sugar free jelly and it can be used for all the different types of dietary treatment – even the strictest version!
Those who were at the parental conference back in November 2009 were first to try it and it tastes just fantastic. It is also good for those not on the diet but who are dipping into the traditional keto products such as butter, cream, mayonnaise – you can actually dip into this product yourself and be completely guilt free about it!
The cost is £2.95 for 100g and £1.65 for 40g (a small pot if you want to try it). It would be great on keto-crackers or pancakes, it can be used in a baked egg custard or a jam filled muffin. It will come with 100g nutritional information on the jar so that it can be added to EKM/Ketoplanner, but we can promise you that the carbohydrate content is minimal as is the protein.
